Binance to Host HAEDAL Airdrop
Binance remains the largest platform for crypto airdrops. Trading volume on Binance Alpha, a platform for young crypto projects on Binance, reached $2.8 billion thanks to several large TGEs and airdrops.
This time, the exchange attracted investors' attention to the distribution of Haedal tokens, a liquid staking platform for SUI launched a month ago. The project allows you to earn passive income through SUI staking. During the staking period, users receive haSUI tokens that can be used in the DeFi ecosystem.
“Binance is excited to announce the 19th project on the HODLer Airdrops page. Haedal Protocol (HAEDAL) is a liquid staking protocol on the Sui blockchain. Users who have subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn and/or On-Chain Yields products are eligible to receive the airdrop,” the exchange said.
Binance was the first major exchange to list HAEDAL, which sent the token’s value soaring by over 60%. During the April TGE, industry players criticized the project’s tokenomics, particularly the large share allocated to Binance Alpha users. However, the current airdrop has received less negative feedback.
Two more TGEs added to the platform
Binance is participating in two token generation events (TGE). The first is related to the financial asset tokenization company ALLO. The second is the launch of Tokyo Games Token (TGT). Several exchanges have already listed TGT, but Binance Alpha was the first. Both generations will follow the general rules set by the platform.
It's unclear how the two new assets will perform, but HAEDAL has already benefited significantly from Binance's airdrop. The exchange's ability to support young tokens through its platform and large user base gives projects a head start.
