Solana co-founder launches exchange to rival Hyperliquid
Anatoly Yakovenko, one of Solana's co-founders, announced he is working on a new DEX for perpetual contracts. The project, called “Percolator,” will operate within the Solana ecosystem.

Yakovenko published the source code and a text file with a brief description of the development. It shows that while some functions (account validation, position closing, bid updating, etc.) are still in development, the core data structures and key logic are already in place.
