CDs, posters and pictures: Al Walzer conquers the world of NFT
Grammy 2020 winner Al Walzer has auctioned off 999 copies of his new album for $2500 each on the Rarible platform. In addition, the artist himself is willing to give a black flag with AL Walser written on it to the highest bidder for the NFT token in the auction.

“This album means a lot to me, it’s a direct result of what happened after that pivotal cultural moment many years ago. The album will also include one unreleased song,”Al Weiser commented.
Note that Al Weiser is not the first artist to sell his music through NFT-tokens. Multi-platinum hip-hop artist Tori Lanez has also put 3 new unreleased tracks from the new Playboy album up for sale via NFT tokens. A total of 450 tokens will be available for sale.
This popularity of NFT tokens also brings with it certain risks, which are associated with copyright infringement. More recently, BeInCrypto reported that BitClout, a digital marketplace for non-interchangeable tokens, was at the center of a copyright infringement scandal.
“They [celebrity tokens] are basically there without permission,”
a source close to the project said.
